About Victoria Matthews
Victoria (Tori) Matthews is a Brisbane Bayside mum of 3 to Max, Tommy and Alice plus their Blue Merle Border Collie, Lunar.
With a background in Marketing, Events and Community Engagement, Tori has spent the last 6 years in the Education sector.
Tori has always loved story telling in one form or another. Since having children her creative expression has taken the form of bedtime stories, in particular Adventure Stories featuring her family.
Mid 2022 Tori decided to try and bring her stories to life and has been teaching herself to illustrate digitally so she can write and illustrate an exciting new picture book series. Since her eldest started school and fell in love with reading, she has been looking for ways to nurture his curiosity and that is where the idea for the book journal was born.
